Choy’s menu is described as Asian-fusion — hibachi miso chicken, wok barbeque shrimp and wasabi-crusted salmon — designed to complement the carrier’s in-flight menu that includes traditional Japanese food fare. YUM!
American Airlines is one of the bigger airline carriers to serve Hawaii, with direct Honolulu-Tokyo flights operated via Japan Airlines.
